Wine is very popular all over the world. Stainless steel sanitary fittings play an indispensable role in the production of wine. For instance, stainless steel distillers and coolers are used as basic equipment for liquor production. Currently, many wine producers are upgrading their equipment, so stainless steel sanitary fittings and sanitary valves will play a role throughout the process in the wine industry. Whether it is the fermentation of the pot, the sanitary stainless steel wine distilling hood with a ventilation tube, or the cooler tank inlet, all of which can be used with stainless steel heat pipes and condensers.
In order to ensure the stability of the stainless steel sanitary fittings during the brewing process, it is recommended to install a “stabilizer” in the gas transfer system of the retort pot. Taking the multi-wheel feed and multi-wheel brewing liquor in the production process of the solid fermentation enterprise as an example, as the brewing wheel deepens, the water content of the fermented grain will gradually increase. In this way, the brewing workers are faced with increasingly heavy, fermented grains, and a little mistake can lead to deviations in the distillation of grains, gas collapse and other phenomena in the process of distilling the wine. In other words, it affects the smooth distillation of the fermented grain and reduces the liquid output rate of the fermented grain itself.
The improvement methods using the stainless steel sanitary fittings and the gas transmission system in the distillation tank are as follows:
1) Make a stainless steel disc with a diameter of about 0.5 m and fill it with holes (recommended to use stainless steel distillation bottom as raw material)
2) Erect and weld the three metal brackets to the bottom of the steamer
3) Smoothly weld the stainless steel disc to the metal bracket to ensure that the stainless steel disc and the distillation nozzle are on the same level.
Stainless steel sanitary fittings welded on stainless steel discs and triangular metal brackets on stainless steel discs can be used as the “stabilizers” for steam gas systems to ensure the steam output from steam pipeline uniform and stable. The connection tube for the chiller unit shall be stainless steel or stainless steel sanitary fittings. Plastic pipes and other perishable materials are not allowed to connect the wine pipe to the cooler equipment that matches the wine distillation equipment, because the plastic pipe is easily corroded by alcoholic acid and the irritating smell of the cement is easily brought into the original wine, affecting the taste and quality of the original wine.
